I needed to replace the rubber seal on my sunroof. I had purchased the part, but couldn't figure out how to do the job myself. I went to the new Car Nerds location in Redondo Beach hoping they could help. These great guys got the new seal on in mere minutes!! They're honest and sincere, on top of doing great work. We're lucky to have an auto shop like this in the South Bay!

The 5 star reviews are true! Our 2020 Prius Primes air conditioning would not work. We took it to two separate Toyota dealerships. Both charged diagnostic fees; both kept our car for several days; neither could figure out the problem, much less fix it. In about five minutes at Car Nerds the problem was diagnosed and fixed. No charge. I am a customer for life now - thanks so much!

Believe the fucking reviews! This place is amazing. (I'm cursing on purpose) My Story: My car wouldn't start. * I went from Midas: $1000 spent fixing a part that wasn't the issue & wasted a tow-- * to Ford SM dealership: hundreds spent on a rental for almost two weeks, wasted another tow, they didn't look at the part that I suggested which was ultimately the issue. I walked away after almost two weeks with no diagnosis. And the front office wouldn't even help to oblige my request to help me bump start my car (I drive a manual for those that understand this simple request) (p.s. the actual mechanics there are f***ing absolutely amazing humans) -- * to Car Nerds: Less than 24 hrs. Charged me just $200, parts and labor. I turned my car over to them end of day Friday, they had it diagnosed by Saturday morning and completely operational by Saturday afternoon. They worked on it and let me pick it up on a day they were closed for business. This place is family owned and they act like it. I requested they round UP my total cost and chose to pay more, because the service deserved a tip, especially after all I had gone through. I pledged to always take my car here. Thanks to Matt and team for ending my nightmare and runaround.

Car Nerds are truly expert. The work oil & filter change and tire rotation was done quickly (I've got upcoming surgery and they worked me in) and surprisingly inexpensively. They are swamped with business - largely because they are so good. I've had them work on my 2012 Honda Fit and 2021 Toyota Prius since for about 5 years. I've always seen a first-class operation! Car nerds is the best - and most expert - automotive repair service that I've ever seen.
