My car was ready ahead of schedule. However, the reason for my appointment was due to Car Nerds installing a faulty hybrid battery two months ago.

The actual service/labor took a couple hours longer than expected, but otherwise was very satisfied with the work done on my car and my overall experience with Car Nerds.

I had what I thought was a major problem with my engine. Car Nerds took care of me in no time, and since it actually turned out to be a small fix, they did it for free. Very generous. They also were willing to keep my car a couple extra days, since they fixed it so quickly and I was still out of town when they were finished.

They will work with your availability with zero drama. S.O.S scheduling! While they run a busy shop, there was an instance where I had an emergency and my car was towed to their shop. They put me at the front of the queue and helped me immediately! Customer service: Owner, Rony, runs an honest shop with a hard-working staff that offer personalized customer service! Gil does a great job helming the office and coordinating all car services. What I find unique is that they are very open to any feedback that you may have because they strive for you to have a good experience with them. Car work: Their staff and mechanics are knowledgeable and highly skilled. I know very little about cars, and they have the patience to answer every one of my questions in a way that is easy to understand so that I can make an informed decision on how I want to approach any of car's maintenance and/or repairs.
