I was faithful to the Santa Monica Toyota dealership to do maintenance on my Prius for years until I realized they had been cheating and taking advantage of me. An excellent customer service experience. They are very special people who care about the quality of their work and how they treat their customers. The prices are competitive with other shops (labor and parts) and they are very clear about how much things cost and why. The most important part is they want you to be happy and safe and you can't put a price tag on that. Marlon and Martin are by far the nicest and most ethical people you will meet.
