I like them. Very straightforward. The Toyota dealership charged me a lot and did not get it fix. Whereas Car Nerds fixed it for a lot less. On the other hand, the Toyota dealership had a fancier lounge.

I can't say enough great things about this place. I first found Car Nerds on Yelp a couple years ago after being quoted $500 by Toyota for a regular service and some other random maintenance items. They provided the major service for a fraction of Toyota's estimate, and said that the other items weren't even necessary. I could have cried I was so happy. I go to them for everything, oil changes, etc. (They gave me a great referral when I had a nail in my tire.)The owner used to work for Toyota, so he knows the game that dealership service centers play and he knows his stuff. The prices are fair and the people are kind. I trust them wholeheartedly.

Car Nerds is auto repair nirvana! I took my Hyundai in because I was getting a run around at the dealership. Car Nerds confirmed there was nothing of concern and wouldn't let me pay for the diagnostics. I was so impressed I took my Prius in for service a few weeks later. They had all the parts needed including air filters and replacement light bulbs. Very friendly and professional. The price was extremely fair. Kudos to Rony Castillo and the entire Car Nerds team.

Car Nerds is a great business. I love dealing with Martin he genuinely cares about his clients and business. He's very honest which is hard with mechanics. I would highly recommend using Car Nerds.

Marlon and the team at Car Nerds give me the confidence that they have my best interest in mind as a customer. I've been going to Marlon when he worked at the local Toyota dealer even before he started Card Nerds. After I found out that he left to start Car Nerds, I didn't have to think twice about bringing my Prius to get serviced at Car Nerds. They also service our Honda Odyssey. I know they will do the job right and do it honestly at a fair price. I highly recommend Car Nerds. 5 stars all around.

Marlon is the greatest. Walks the talk. Says what he'll do, then he does it. Simple as that. That's what happens when you have His Holiness The Dalai Lama mentor you! My car seems happy.
