Excellent ! Prompt, to the point and I didn't have to wait to get my paperwork sorted. Great, efficient and thorough. Called to let me know that my service was done and they inquired if I wanted to replace a couple of dirty filters, giving me the price and time involvement within the same sentence - whoa, how refreshing. I said yes and my car was ready sooner than I expected. The best gift... my bill was 1/4 of what it would have been at the dealership. Thank You !!!!

Car Nerds is a breath of fresh air in a business full of toxicity. This is how honest they are: 6 months ago I went to the Honda dealer for an airbag recall notice. Upon receiving my car they told me that my front 2 brake pads were desperately low - less that 20% remaining - and would have to be replaced. Well 6 months later and brakes still seem to work fine but I better take them in for replacement now before I damage the rotors. So I take my car in and tell them "I need 2 new front brake pads and an oil change." No problem. A couple of hours later I get a phone call from them - "Hi, so we've got some good news for you, your brake pads are fine and do not need replacement." Thank you Car Nerds for your honesty, I will be highly recommending you to everyone I know.
