I would highly recommend Car Nerds. Martin and his staff was very friendly and helpful. Their office was clean and inviting. I brought in my 07 Ford Mustang in. It had not been looked at in a long time and I was having a few issues. They did an overall check and found what was causing the issues. I had them replace my thermostat/housing/coolant, as I had a leak in my engine. We also replaced a belt that was squeaking and about to break. They did a few minor things like replace a break light, fill my fluids and such. They were very nice to speak to and I liked that they took me to my car to show me the issues. I found them trustworthy and honest. My car needed quite a bit of work and when I mentioned I was getting married in a few months, they kindly took $30 off the labor. It's hard to find nice people like that in LA or well, anywhere. So I consider this a place I will come back whenever I have any car needs. The only two things I would say they could work on. I had asked twice for wind shield wiper fluid and it never was taken care of. Not a big deal, but when I spent over $300.00 for services... some fluid would be nice. Also, when I first came at lunch, they were able to drive me to my work when I asked. When I came back the following day at opening, there was nobody available to shuttle me to work. It was not even vocally offered to me. I had to walk 2 miles to work, thankfully I had enough time. Otherwise, that would have been a big issue and I would have been late. So I would be sure when you make your appointment to schedule a shuttle service with them if you need it. They seemed really busy and like it was hard to manage that aspect. One reason I picked this place was because it said shuttle service. So I would just suggest working that out a bit more. Otherwise, they were amazing to work with and I highly suggest them!
