Brought my car to Car Nerds because the check engine light came on. They did their scanning magic and found that something was just bumped during my recent oil change - nothing wrong with the car. Even though they didn't service my car, the reason for 5 stars is because they didn't charge anything for the diagnostic.

Car Nerds has restored my faith in mechanics. They are wonderful and would recommend them to everyone.

I'll admit it, I was skeptical at all the good reviews.....but first hand, this place is WOW FACTOR awesome. I got in and out so fast with my Honda Fit, and for the lowest price on a new battery (pepboys was fifty percent higher, Firestone was DOUBLE smh.) But it wasn't like you then gotta sacrifice quality customer service for the discount...While I waited I overheard one employee on the phone with a customer carefully and respectfully explaining what had been done to their car and taking WITH (not at) the customer about the findings. So refreshing. They were done a few minutes after I sat down. I'm literally going here for everything auto related from now on.

Professional, responsive, involved. They were ready for my appointment, got me in and out fast. This was a pretty cool experience.

Truly great service!! Got my Toyota prius maintenanced here after finding them on yelp. The owner is very friendly and answered all my questions. He was helpful in letting me know what I needed for my car and didn't try to sell me things like dealership would.The service was fast and getting an appointment was easy. I would highly recommend coming here and there are stores and a Starbucks nearby if you want to wait for your car. There is also a student discount too!
