Can't say enough about these guys. Honest and beyond thorough. I've been looking for new mechanic since moving to the west side, and these guys are definitely it. My Tacoma is in good hands.

I made an appointment to bring my Prius in for a tune-up knowing it probably needed more work. The tune-up was done in less than an hour with recommendations and estimates for other fixes. The estimates were more than reasonable and even less than I had expected so the Prius goes back next week for tires, brakes, etc. They also have a nice waiting area with comfortable chairs. For longer appointments they even offer to drive you home! I've already given away the business cards I took to other Prius owners who are looking for a great mechanic.

After getting quoted some super outrageous service fees from Toyota of Santa Monica, I went looking for a more honest vendor with reasonable prices.Thank Goodness I found the Car Nerds!1) They told me that two of the services Toyota SM was trying to sell me I didn't need to do!!2) Their prices were a good bit lower3) They helped me fix my broken key FOBs rather than try to sell me new ones like Toyota did.Yes! They just won a customer. In fact, I have already referred them to someone else. Car Nerds - I hope you takeover the world!

These guys are amazing - so friendly, honest, quick and knowledgeable. I feel totally safe and secure giving them my car as someone who knows nothing about cars, and trust that they will do what's needed. It feels like family each time I walk in. I've referred friends who all feel the same way!

Came in for a routine vehicle inspection, and they were great! friendly, timely, and honest. Highly recommended, and will use them for my westside needs.

The staff was wonderfully fast, efficient, very knowledgeable, and quite willing to explain everything. And, I love the lower prices.

What a find this place is! I dropped in and met Rony, the owner, and he immediately went to work on the issues I've been having with my Lexus. (The window controls on the driver side were not working for all of the passenger windows.). He asked me if I'd had the battery replaced recently, which I had, and he determined the memory was wiped out. A true "Car Nerd" diagnosis!I really like their whole set up and will definitely be back the next time I have any issues with my car. Highly recommend!
