The team at Car Nerds was super efficient! They also double checked any issues that I brought up, which was really helpful for this pre-purchase inspection.

My Subaru Outback had the electrical system for the AC/defroster completely fail. Even with the age of my car, the mechanics at Car Nerds found the site of issue and restored the AC system completely without costing me an arm and a leg. Very appreciative of their transparency through the whole process and though it took time, it was worth working with them.

They able to squeeze me in for an oil change that I desperately needed prior to the upcoming weekend. I despise the generic oil change businesses for all the shenanigans they try to pull. I paid a little extra money but their honesty is worth it.
