Availed myself of a free Automobile Club inspection offer. Appointment time was honored promptly and the service performed efficiently. Cordial atmosphere. A few of the recommendations seemed like an upsale, but there also seemed to be genuine concern.

Tech savvy and were able to do same diagnostics as dealer service so now that we are out of warranty we feel confident using Car Nerds as a more reasonably priced alternative to dealership service prices. You guys are always helpful whether I just need some air in my tires or a hazard light went on. Also very communicative when my car is in the shop as far as time frame and cost.

Finding a reliable mechanic who works with a Prius isn’t an easy task, and I really don’t like going to the dealership. I spoke to Matt, the manager, and he helped me change my 12 volt battery within less than 30 minutes and at a great rate. After 1 phone call I was at ease. I asked for a quote over the phone, not normally given, and received a response that had me in the door the next day. They stood by the quote and delivered beyond my expectations. I've been back for other repairs and have received top notch treatment each time.
