Car Nerds has been taking care of me for years. Sometimes as a female it can be intimidating to try to find a place where you feel like you are being treated honestly and fairly so I was really relieved to find them. Matt has always been so nice to work with and keeps me posted about what’s going on. So in review: They are excellent and just really nice people to work with.

Matt and the team at CarNerds helped me keep my decade+ old Prius on the road. Got the dreaded "P" code for my hybrid battery. Shopped around, but was extremely nervous about the mixed reviews with Green Bean. Matt assured me they only use batteries from Toyota and are guaranteed for 12 months / 12,000 miles. The cost, in my book, was very reasonable, in-between Green Bean and going to the dealer. Going to drive the car for a week and then back for a check up. Matt answered all my questions and his team was able to turn the work around in a day and a half. Hoping CarNerds becomes "my car guy" when it comes to maintaining my Prius. Thanks.
