Ronny and Gil were the gentlemen that helped me out - this is my first time here. I needed to find a local santa monica area mechanic for my 2008 Honda Odyssey. I NEVER write reviews but HONESTLY HAVE TO SAY THAT CAR NERDS are both PROFESSIONAL, KIND and offer QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE that is simply almost never found any more in any industry. They are great

A dealer-based service representative told me I needed $1700 worth of repairs for my 2012 Prius. I consulted Car Nerds and they said no, just a $150 repair was probably warranted. I have since learned that dealership service reps work on commission and use low cost service deals as a way of upselling you services you probably don’t need. Don’t be fooled. Go to car nerds and get a second opinion – you’ll be glad you did.

This is the second time I have gotten repairs done on my car and both times have been great. I drive an older car and Car Nerds is great about working with me to fix what needs to be fixed and not worrying about other little things that aren't 100% necessary.
