I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer of Car Nerds since its opening 10 years ago. As the one responsible for overseeing the service on 5 Toyotas in my family, I feel very fortunate to have Car Nerds as an alternative to the impersonal attitude and higher costs of Toyota dealerships. Car Nerds totally deserves a 5+ rating.

While everything was not fixed on the first go-round, the team made sure that every step of the way I was informed and they worked very hard to solve every after affect.

I've been taking our family cars to Car Nerds for the last 2 years. Kevin and the team there do a great job with regular service and are always transparent and honest about safety and maintenance requirements, even if that means there is nothing out of the ordinary required for the visit. Would recommend to others.
